K Period Media [unselected first-round concept], 2023
As the production company behind Suspiria and Manchester by the Sea, K Period Media defines themselves as “left-of-center.” They incubate unconventional ideas from emerging, diverse creative minds but were in need of a new brand identity to communicate that. It was imperative that the system be dynamic and able to host a variety of genres and verticals. In this phase-one concept, I explored using the period as a central motif from which a range of physical materials can spur as they relate to the project at hand.
